The villa has all ammenities required for a comfortable stay, inc. 2 barbacues,outside dining table for 8 people,sunloungers & seating on private roofterrace,all windows are double glazed with mossquito nets over.All floors are tiled or marble with marble staircase to 2 upper floors.There are also balconies & doors to all bedrooms.In total 4 balconies plus large ground floor terrace overlooking the bay ideal for watching the sun go down with a quiet drink or meal.
*** The Villa is situated on quiet sandy beach in the bay of Akbuk, the beach is gently shelving & therefore ideal for children,50 yds out it is still only 3 ft deep.Akbuk is a traditional Turkish village,with fishing harbour, & pleasure cruises round the islands.The bay is approx 5 kms. long backed by protected pine forrests and mountains.With ample selection of shops & restaurants serving local dishes, or grill some local caught fish from the fishermen.Akbuk is approx 10 mins drive to Altinkum the areas local centre with 3 large supermarkets, many restaurants,& bustling night life.Bodrum is the nearest airport, approx 1 hrs drive, with Izmir approx,1 1/2 hrs drive.The area is full of historical sites with the Temple of Appollon approx 10 mins drive, or Miletos 30 mins drive.There is also many outdoor activities, walking, horseriding,snorkling, safaries,waterpark, etc all available within 15 mins drive.The area is renown for its fresh air & asthma suffers will benifit from this.

An idyllic beach front villa,in a peacefull area on outskirts of turkish village yet all local ameneties within short stroll,or take dolmus (local buses),for trips to Altinkum,or elsewhere, these run every 20 mins & are very inexpensive.Most restaurants offer a pick up & take home service if eating in there restaurant.For a quiet relaxing holiday come to Akbuk.
