Privately owned & individually designed, this beautiful apartment offers exceptional comfort & facilities. The spacious entrance hall provides ample room for coats, shoes, ski gear and luggage.
The lounge is elegant with a cosy log fire for those relaxing evenings in & has solid chunky sheesham furniture. There is also a TV, DVD and stereo player available with a selection of board games, music cd’s and films for your enjoyment.
Each bedroom has its own balcony with views of the mountains & is furnished with mirrored wardrobes, plenty of hangers, a dressing table, bed side units & wall lights. High quality bed linen is provided for your comfort.
The luxury kitchen with under unit lighting & breakfast bar is fully fitted and has ample crockery for 8. It boasts an oven, hob and extractor, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There has been no expense spared to make your stay as luxurious enjoyable as possible.
The apartment is accessed through the 24hr reception either by lift or stairs & outside there is a pleasant garden with water fountain, sandpit & barbecue area for any guests to use. There is plenty of heated ski storage and there is also a Billard room & Bar with lounge areas so you can relax & have a drink with friends.
The apartment is appromimaly 300m from the Gondola, & there is a shuttle bus running every 15 mins for use by Mountain Paradise guests.

We have books, DVD's, C.D's & games for your use in the apartment. There is also a Billard room and Bar in the Spa Complex with lounge areas where you can relax and have a drink with friends.

Surrounded by The Pirin, Rila and Rhodopa mountains, Bansko is a beautiful resort with fabulous scenic walks and beautiful lakes to enjoy. It is an all seasons resort that has opportunities for a variety of active outdoor pursuits including skiing, snow boarding, ice skating, golfing, quad biking, fishing, mountain biking, mountaineering, hiking, hunting, horse riding, bowling, walking and para gliding. Bansko not only offers a world class ski resort with modern ski infrastructure and an enviable snow record, but unlike many of it's worldwide ski competitors is also a genuine thriving town full of charm and culture which is lively throughout the year.
There are good local markets where people sell their hand crafted traditional wares in a town that is steeped with tradition, warm, welcoming and friendly.
Eating and drinking in Bansko is a fabulous experience with almost 100 mehanas (taverns), offering food and drinks at prices less than a third of those in Western Europe. There are also many traditional and modern restaurants with bars providing a vibrant night life and mouth watering meals.
Bansko enjoys a relatively short but very warm summer and long winter producing excellent snow conditions. Due to a multi-million Euro project Bansko ski area has recently seen the installation of new lifts, including an eight-person gondola, adding to the popularity of the resort. The ski area is particularly well suited to beginners and intermediates, with slopes also giving access to some good off-piste skiing, snowboarding and night skiing.
There are 10 mountain resterants and a 16km snow packed run all the way back to the village, where you can end your day at the popular Apre Ski Bar. There is always snow due to the sophisticated snow cannons with : 8 (blue) beginner slopes, 11 (red), intermediate slopes, 1 (black) advanced slope and 15 lifts: (1 Gondola, 7 High Speed Chairs, 7 Drags).

A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable within 7 days of your booking and is refunded 1 week after your departure form the apartment provided there are no breakages or damage that needs to be paid for. (Our record is excellent and to date, have never kept any money from this deposit)
Please ensure that once you have confirmed with myself that the date is available that you complete the booking form on our web site www.myskibansko.co.uk (I can send you one if you prefer) and get that back to me as soon as possible.
Once the deposit is recieved I will send you an invoice confirming your booking and the outstanding balance due date. I will also send you details of ski hire, transfers and any other details that you may need.
Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival in Resort.
RENTAL NOTES
We have a superb English speaking management agency who will greet you upon arrival, and ensure that you have everything you need to enjoy your holiday. They will show you around the apartment and answer any initial questions you may have. They can also assist with booking ski rental and trips. Change over day is flexible and dependant on any pre-booked guests as is the arrival and departure times. The apartment is fully cleaned at the end of your rental period, however extra cleaning is available should you require it just ask our management company on arrival.
