The Property

This luxurious two bedroom self-catering country cottage is a converted Victorian implement barn in Lincolnshire, England. It is home to its own private heated indoor swimming pool. The pool room also houses a sauna and a hot tub. For cooler days let the underfloor heating and a log burning stove keep you comfortable. All these facilities are for the exclusive use of resident guests and are suitable for holidays at any time with all year round swimming and relaxation. This private cottage in its rural location sleeps up to 4 guests who should all be over 18. The two bedrooms both have en-suite facilities and there is an additional wet room located off the swimming pool. 
 
The cottage is easily accessed from the East Midlands and is situated near the hamlet of Sotby on the edge of the rolling Lincolnshire Wolds (an Area of Outstanding National Beauty), the countryside where Tennyson was born and raised. 
 
Owl Cottage is in the heart of rural Lincolnshire and within a few minutes walk to the West you have Sotby Wood - 300 acres of mixed woodland managed by the Forestry Commission - and a similar distance to the East is Sotby Meadows Nature Reserve. Footpaths, bridleways and green lanes abound in the area.
