The Property
A family friendly apartment on a safe and secure site. All pools have shallow children's pools alongside, and spacious sun terraces with communal sunloungers and parasols. The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped with your every comfort in mind. Kitchen has dishwasher, family sized fridge-freezer, full oven and ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, cafetiere and electric kettle. Separate laundry with automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Modern tastefully co-ordinated lounge/dining furniture with quality soft furnishings, pictures, lighting, etc. TV with English satellite channels, DVD/CD player, surround sound technology.
A well thought out apartment, with full en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom, and separate shower room with basin and wc for use by the twin room. Ample bedroom storage with full width wardrobes with sliding doors, chests of drawers, and bedside tables with lights. Radio-alarm clock. Hair dryer and shaver points thoughtfully provided.
Sliding glass patio doors lead out onto the terrace, equipped with patio table and 4 chairs. The terrace is quite private, and shielded from neighbouring properties by high walls. It has an uninterrupted view across sweeping gardens to one of the lovely circular pools, and to the sea beyond. A wonderful place to relax.

The apartment is on the family friendly site of Casares del Sol, about half a kilometre from the nearest beach, the lovely Blue Flag Playa la Chica of Sabinillas. The site and garage are fully secure, whilst the owners have put in place their own security measures.
Casares del Sol is also ideal for golfers, being surrounded by a wealth of courses, all within a 15 minute drive or less. The 5* Finca el Cortesin is right next to the site, and Casares Golf just across the road. Numerous deals are to be had.
The small town of Sabinillas is only a couple of minutes away, and has all local amenities, including excellent supermarkets with fresh meat, fish and vegetables, bakeries, cafes, a wide range of restaurants, banks, children's playground, etc.
Estepona is a 10 - 15 minute drive, and is still very much a Spanish town, with lovely old Andalucian quarter wih sherry bodegas and tapas bars, Plaza de las Flores, church, and fishing beach. There are several beautifully clean beaches with showers, sunbeds, etc. And also chirringuito fish restaurants where you may sample the local catch. Stunning tropical gardens line the Paseo Maritimo.
A little further along the coast is Marbella, well worth a visit to see Orange Square and the old town, as well as the luxury shops and boutiques. Dali bronzes line your path from the main shopping street through he Alameda Gardens down to the sea. Puerto Banus with the yachts of the rich and famous is also close by. In the other direction is Gibraltar, worth a visit for the duty free and the apes on the Rock. Also near is Selvo Safari Park, a worthwhile day out for those with children.
Casares white town is 10 minutes up into the mountains, and is a delight, with its narrow winding streets and whitewashed houses and church clinging to the mountain side. It is a real contrast up here from the coast, with falcons and eagles circling above you. Gaucin and Ronda are also well worth a visit to see a different side of Andalucia.
