The Property
Casa Do Poco (house of the well) is a spacious villa 10 minutes drive from Lagos, attractive capital of the Western Algarve, Portugal. Just off the coast road between Praia Da Luz & Burgau it is ideal for 2 families or a group of friends.
Shops, bars, restaurants, sports centres, beaches, water sports, surfing, golf courses, riding, live entertainment and night clubs are all either a few minutes walk or short drive away.
Inside, the villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), a large kitchen/diner and comfortable lounge with feature fireplace.
Outside are your own large private swimming pool (10m x 5m) with poolside shower, terrace and garden (including a covered cabana, perfect for shade), barbeque, roof terrace and carport. The gardens are private and not overlooked. A roof terrace provides spectacular views.

The TV currently functions as a screen for the DVD, but will be connected to TV broadcasts in the near future.

Maid service 5 days per week. Bed linen and towels changed weekly.
Wood burning stove - logs provided.
Wardrobes have low kw wafer heaters, designed to keep them dry.
*** The airport at Faro is about 1.25 hours drive along the new A22 motorway and the N125.
The lovely beaches of Praia da Luz are approimately 3km to the west while the former fishing village of Burgau is 1.5km to the east. The attractive and historic town of Lagos is only 15km away.
Golf courses Boavista and Parque de Floresta only 10-15 minutes drive away.
