The Property
The apartment decoration is modern, bright and extremely welcoming. There is a large living / dining room area equipped with 32” LCD HD Flatscreen TV, Sky Set-Top Box with English Freeview Channels (BBC, ITV etc.), DVD Player & Hi-Fi. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard and benefits from a breakfast bar and a separate terrace.
Both bedrooms have comfortable twin beds and large fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with jacuzzi bath and the second bedroom has a shower room.
Air-conditioning is installed to the living area and both bedrooms.
It should be noted that the apartment has direct access to the swimming pool area from the living room and from both bedrooms. Small children should therefore be supervised at all times.
A large roof terrace provides stunning 360 degree views of the sea, beach, marina, Lagos old town, and local countryside.
There are 3 golf courses in the immediate area: Palmares Golf Course, Boavista Golf Course, and Parque da Floresta Golf & Leisure Resort.
The apartment is strictly reserved as a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.
