The complex has 3 new supervised swimming pools one of which is a couple of minutes walk from the villa. There is also good sea bathing off the two beach areas part sand part concrete and from pontoons. Free sunloungers are provided at all the bathing areas. Also on site is a well stocked shop offering free deliveries to properties. The restaurant and beach cafes provide a range of meals snacks and drinks.  
Frequent free transport operates between the facilities on the complex. A complimentary bus service runs to the open air weekly market in Yalikavak and to the supermarket 
Villa Mimoza is situated between Yalikavak and Gumusluk along the coast. Yalilavak is a lively small town with an attractive harbour, marina and beach areas and a good range of bars and restaurants.  
The setting of Gumusluk is idyllic and is famous for its waterfront fish restaurants. The main town on the peninsula is Bodrum about 20 minutes by car which provides shops bars and restaurants and nightlife to suit all the family. 
Day trips can be made to the Greek island of Kos or to quiet coves by Gulet. Bodrum has a castle, museum and aquapark. Sea fishing and water sports are readily available. There are many sites with ancient ruins. Ephesus is the most important and within easy reach.
