The Property

Palm Village is a small condominium in Vilamoura centrally located with easy access the beaches, marina and golf courses. The complex has extensive gardens, a large swimming pool with kids pool and a child's play area near the pool. There is also a more private garden area located at the back of the apartment. The complex is fully secure with keypad access to the complex, each apartment block and each apartment has video entry facilities. 
 
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and alongside a bed settee can sleep up to 6 adults. As its on the corner of the block it enjoys south and west facing aspects, this is particularly good if you want to enjoy a meal on the terrace as the sunsets. 
 
The apartment has a large living room/dinging room, fully equipped with TV and DVD. The dining area will seat up to 6. The kitchen is modern with oven, hob, dish washer and washer dryer. The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning throughout. The living room and kitchen open out onto a large private terrace with barbecue and seating for 6.  
 
Both bedrooms sleep 2 and have built in storage. The larger bedroom has an en suite bathroom and large private terrace. The smaller bedroom has large floor to ceiling patio doors. There is separate shower room accessible centrally. The apartment is modern in its style with contemporary furnishings throughout.  
 
There is parking for 2 cars and storage for golf clubs in the secure basement and a lift which can take you to the apartment.

*** Vilamoura is the name given to an area rather than to any actual town. It is one of the largest single tourist complex's in Europe and covers some 2.000 hectares of land. The land is variable in its vegetation, some parts covered in pine forests whilst others open recovered marshland. Vilamoura is a special place, a unique leisure and recreation resort community where the pace of life is so easy it feels like summer all year round. 
 
The apartment is a short walk from the marina which is the place to go if you're looking for fantastic food and a good night out. Backed by low red and white sandstone cliffs and pine woods, Praia da Falesia beach runs for miles in either direction, with the resort of Vilamoura to the east and Albufeira to the west. 
 
The sheer size of Praia da Falesia beach guarantees plenty of space for everyone. Praia da Falesia beach has gently shelving golden sand and exceptionally safe conditions for swimming and children.There is a decked boardwalk at the back of the beach to make walking easier and excellent restuarants dotted along the beach.
