Mas de l’Hermitage is a place of luxurious calm, surrounded by grass fields.It is situated in Provence, close to the Alpilles Hills and the sea, near the medieval village of Les Baux and eight kilometres east of Arles.The Mas is divided into 3 self catering independent units.The building is south facing and overlooks a garden.Each apartment has its own private terrace.There is a large chlorine free swimming pool of 15mx7m.

The apartment PROVENCE has 2 bedrooms and can accomodate four

The apartment has been renovated to a high standard using authentic materials.It is independent.On 1st floor the bedrooms and bathroom; the kitchen and lounge with a fireplace downstairs.The kitchen is equipped with a stove, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave oven, dishwasher.The bathroom has been fully renovated; ‘Fontvieille’ stone and Travertine tiles have been used in combination with modern fittings, basin, bath and large open shower.

The apartment ALPILLES can accomodate two people

This accommodation is available throughout the year - the wildlife is astonishing in Camargue from Autumn to Spring. This apartment is 70 sqm and consists of: • An open plan kitchen/lounge with washing machine and tumble dryer • A double bedroom with king-size bed • Bathroom and toilet This apartment had a slightly more modern touch to it, featuring a 'Le Corbusier' leather lounge suite, African artefacts and contemporary art works.

The apartment CAMARGUE can accomodate 2 people

This apartment is 65 sqm and consists of: • An open plan kitchen/lounge on the ground floor • A double bedroom with king-size bed on the first floor • Bathroom and toilet on the first floor. This apartment is more in the traditional Camargue style, with the original mosaic cement tiled floor recovered during renovations.
