The Property
Casa Fuente sits by itself almost in the centre of the little Chumbera Hill estate. Walk 10 yards to the swimming pool and from there enjoy the outstanding views of the sea, the farmland and the mountains.
This little villa is ideal for two people but can accomodate a third person
on the sofa in the living room which makes a narrow single bed.
Electric heating in all rooms, open fireplace and ceiling fans makes it suitable for all seasons of the year.

Chumbera Hill is a beautiful and quiet location with flower gardens,waterfall,
arab fountain, private pools for each villa and a shared pool for the apartments.
From all the propertis there are outstanding views of the sea, the farmland
and the mountains.
The sands of the famous Burriana Beach are 8 minutes walk down the hill.
Resturants range from Los Arcos at 6 minutes walk, a wide choice on the beach
and of course an international range in Nerja town.

The views from Chumbera Hill are what brings our visitors back year after year at all of the seasons. Spring brings the new flowers, summer the blue skies and sunshine, autumn the quiet as the main holiday makers depart and winter still the sun.

Nerja is an all year round town which never closes. Slightly inland the main activity is farming in the very fertile and well watered countryside.
The word NERJA means the place of the bubling water. The region has attracted travellers from all over the world from historic times.
