The Villa Los Pulus is located in Supermanzana H, in Nueva Andalucia. For Google maps-search postcode Marbella 29660. The driving time from Malaga Airport to The Villa Los Pulus is approximately 45 minutes and the distance approximately 60 Km. Using the toll motorway in summer reduces the travelling time to and from the airport. 
The location of the Villa Los Pulus is superb being very close to Puerto Banus yet set back away from the noise and pollution of traffic. Driving time to Puerto Banus from Villa Los Pulus is 5-7 minutes and a taxi is very economical at around 7-8 Euros. The villa is situated in a gated community of detached villas. The neighbourhood is peaceful, quiet and sophisticated. Only twenty exclusive villas are in this exclusive high end development. The communal areas are professionally maintained and gives the development a well tended and upmarket feel. Most of the Villas are owner occupied.  
The Pool is L-shaped. It is on the south facing terrace just off the covered patio. There are a number of doors which open to the pool terrace for spectacular views and sun loungers. The pool measures length 7m, narrowest width 4m, widest width 5m. A solar heated shower and lawned area is provided for showering before and after a swim. 
The Villa Los Pulus features wi-fi Broadband Internet for which a wireless enabled laptop computer is required to access this service. A new flat screen television unit provides basic satellite SKY TV channels only. There are also Region 2 DVD, CD and VHS playing facilities. 
The entrance is through a security gate, operated by a high-tech pass card system. For security reasons there are several video cameras in the streets, security and street lighting. 
The master bedroom upstairs on the penthouse floor features a private sitting room and ensuite bathroom as well as a private terrace. There is also a sauna on this floor with a picture window with panoramic sea views towards Puerto Banus and also separate showering facilities. Located above the lounge level this is a wonderful master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, patio doors to a large terrace with sea, mountain and lake views; a superb en-suite bathroom with a large round bath and  his and hers double hand basins. 
There are extensive terraces for sunbathing on the top and middle floors as well as the pool side lawn area. The terraces sweep from the Southeast side of the Villa to the South facing pool side terrace. Pool side sunbathing and lounging furniture as well as 2 sets of patio tables and chairs are provided. In addition there is another large and sunny terrace on the top floor for additional sunbathing space. This area is more private from the main poolside terrace.
