Il Palazzo is situated on the border of Tuscany and Umbria, near to Lake Trasimeno, with its beaches, water sports and boat trips to its picturesque 3 islands. It is a quiet area. Here the ERRIGHI family have restored a granary, a barn and a tobacco drying tower, last used in the sixties. Guests will be able to have use of our restaurant on a full or part board basis.

The Property
The “Il Palazzo” house was originally the main olive mill in the village of Lisciano Niccone on the borders of Umbria and Tuscany. The former farmhouse has been lovingly converted into 5 charming and comfortable apartments retaining original features such as terracotta floors. Each apartment is fully independent, tastefully furnished and well equipped. The house has full central heating.

It has a dining/living room with a kitchen corner well equipped
with fridge freeser, gas oven.In the dining/living room there is a sofa bed
for 2 persons , TV and DVD.

*** The City of Lisciano Niccone is located in High Tiber Valley, in north-western part of Umbria near the Tuscany border. Its ancient origins and its unspoiled landscape make Lisciano Niccone a town of great historical and environmental value.
