The Property
Nonnie is a new addition to our accommodation for 2010. It has been built to a high specification and retains many original features such as beams in the sitting room and exposed walls. The gite is very large covering 85 square metres in floor space. All the windows and doors are double glazed to help keep the heat out in the Summer and the heat in during the cooler months. Outside there is a large private terrace with subtle lighting for eating outside during the long hot Summer evenings. All appliances are new including beds, wardrobes, bathroom and kitchen areas.
A gas barbecue is provided for relaxed outdoor eating.

An outside line is provided for drying off swimming costumes and drying/airing clothes. There is also an airer for indoor use if the weather is damp.

These 2 bedroom gîtes are located just a 5 minute drive from the delightful and tiny village of Montpezat which is situated between Agen and Villeneuve sur Lot. In Montpezat village itself, you will find a PO, general store and good restaurant. The gite is situated in the glorious Lot and Garonne countryside and is equipped to a very high standard. A newly built 10m x 5m swimming pool is a very welcome addition to the gites. This is a place to come either to just relax and enjoy the stunning scenery and awesome sunsets, or if you are feeling more adventurous you can travel to the local vineyards and sample the wine. There are walking and cycling routes in the area together with shops and more eateries, all within a 15 minute drive. There are night markets with free entertainment in the Summer months in local villages. The river Lot is very close by and boats can be hired to explore the river. An evening meal can be provided on request. Secure parking is available.

A deposit of 50% is required to book the accommodation with a 100 euro fully refundable warranty payable on arrival and will be cash only. The remaining charges must be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. A booking form will be sent out with a reply email for you to return with your deposit. Details of payment methods will also be sent. We accept all major credit and debit cards. A copy of our terms and conditions will also be supplied with the booking form.
The kitchen has a large family sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. There are ample cupboards for storing food and all plates, pots and pans and cutlery are provided.
We can provide maps and details of local attractions to visit while you are staying in the area. There are lots of good quality restaurants in the area and range from local cafes to Michelin starred quality eating. There are local banks where you can get cash from the machines provided. Supermarkets are also near by so you can stock up on local produce during your stay.
