Dining at The Alpine Club is always a wonderful experience and it is our passion and love for exceptional food that sets our cuisine apart from the rest. 
 
Each of our talented chefs are hand picked for their passion and flair – testament of which you can see in the food photographs here which were taken over the last 3 years at The Alpine Club. 
 
Kick Start Your Day... Your day starts with tea in bed followed by a hearty breakfast of freshly baked breads, juices, yoghurts, fruit, coffee, a choice of teas, porridge and cereals. These are always served with a hot dish such as smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, mushroom bruschetta or pancakes. 
 
Homeward Bound... On your return from the slopes, afternoon tea with a scrumptious, freshly baked cake awaits you. Simply help yourselves and enjoy the local honey, jams, French bread and selection of teas. 
 
Highlight of the day… In the evening, canapés are followed by a delicious and beautifully prepared four-course gourmet dinner. Sit back and take pleasure in the relaxed atmosphere of dinner at your best friends house while enjoying innovative food from our talented chefs. Dinner is served with a selection of house wines and followed by real coffee and home made petit fours.

La Ferme de Belleville - St Martin de Belleville - 12/13 guests

Nominated as one of the Sunday Times Super Chalets, this charming 400 year old Savoyard farmhouse nestles in the heart of the old village. Sleeping up to 13 guests in 6 en-suite bedrooms, this is a wonderfully peaceful location, yet it is only a 4-minute stroll from the centre of the village. 
 
The Perfect Haven 
The pièce de résistance of this lovely chalet is the open-plan sitting and dining area, which spreads out beneath the 400-year old vaulted stone ceiling. As Sean Newsom of the Sunday Times put it ‘anyone raised on the utilitarian standards of most Alpine accommodation – will be struck dumb’. This is the atmospheric heart of the chalet and the perfect place to relax with a drink by the roaring log fire, watching your personal chef prepare food to die for; whilst the children play in their very own TV cave. 
 
The traditional ambience of the farmhouse has been lovingly retained and blended with a contemporary look; original timber beams and rustic stone walls combine with comfy sofas, wolf fur throws and cow hide rugs, to create a very special alpine experience. 
 
We are delighted that Bryce Edwards and Lucy Morrison will be returning to La Ferme de Belleville this season. They are a highly talented team; Bryce is an exceptionally professional and passionate chef and Lucy’s personal service and attention to detail ensures you experience is exemplary.  
 
La Ferme de Belleville is available for exclusive bookings, families or smaller groups looking to join like minded guests. 
 
La Maison de Belleville - St Martin de Belleville - 14-16 guests 
Individual room or exclusive chalet bookings 
 
Perched on the hillside overlooking the village, La Maison de Belleville has stunning views across the rooftops to Les Vallees des Encombres. The west facing terrace is the perfect place to enjoy your après ski ‘sun downer’ and as evening draws in and the village lights go on one by one, relax by the open fire and look out over St Martin from your lofty vantage point. 
 
The Ideal Chalet 
The chalet interior is bright and airy and light streams into the double height living room from the large picture frame windows. Off the living room is a cosy TV snug with internet, a selection of DVD’s, books and games – perfect for the children or those wanting to catch up with emails from home. Each of the chalets 7 lovely bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom or shower room; and naturally the double beds are king sized, the duvets feather and the towels fluffy. 
 
Although La Maison is only a 5-minute stroll to the village square, we will provide our minibus service to and from the piste. 
 
To maximise flexibility, some of the rooms can sleep an additional 2 guests to increase the capacity from 14 to 16.
