The beautiful stone gite, set among extensive gardens and woodland, is decorated in the traditional French style and sleeps up to 4 people. PLUS there's a large pool and a complementary welcome pack of sparkling wine, beer, bacon, eggs, bread, butter, tea and coffee.

Decorated in the traditional French country style. Widescreen TV with English channels & DVD player. Extensive woodland and gardens. Beautiful 11x5m pool with BBQ area. Parking. Helpful owners speak English and French. 5 mins from the Ceou and Dordogne Rivers. Close to historic market towns of Sarlat, Daglan, Baynac, Domme and St Cyprien. 1hr 10 mins drive from Bergerac airport.

It’s also a great place for young children – there are lots of things to do that kids will enjoy and the owners can advise on where the safest, shallowest areas of the nearby rivers are (where their own children learnt to swim!)

By air:
You can now fly from London City Airport to Brive (Brive-La-Gaillarde), which is only about 40 mins drive from Les Bruguettes. Find flights on the Air France website.
Bergerac airport is just 1 hr 10 mins away and flights land here all year round. You can book Ryanair flights from London Stansted, Luton, Bristol, East Midlands and Liverpool.
Flybe flys into Bergerac from Belfast City, Birmingham, Dundee, Edinburgh, Exeter, Glasgow Int., Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kirkwall, Leeds Bradford, London Gatwick, Manchester, Newcastle and Southampton.
Hertz, Avis and Europcar all rent cars from Bergerac airport.
Ferry & car:
Brittany Ferries sail from Portsmouth to Caen (6 hours during the day, 7 hours overnight). It takes around 8 hours to drive from Caen to Les Bruguettes.
Ferries also sail once a week from Portsmouth and Plymouth to Santander, Spain and from there it's just a 6 hr 30 mins drive to Les Bruguettes.
By train:
Eurostar connects to Paris from London St Pancras and Brussels.
From Paris Austerlitz the train takes just under 5 hours to reach Gourdon, which is just 40 mins from Les Bruguettes.
You can book your train tickets through RailEurope.
To get to Les Bruguettes from Castelnaud la Chappelle direction:
Take the D57 in the direction of St Cybranet and pass through the village of Pont de Cause. In 1.5km you'll reach St Cybranet.
In St Cybranet, turn right immediately after the Marie (in the direction of Chapelle Pechaud D703) and continue up the hill.
Les Bruguettes is situated at the very top of the hill on your left hand side and is marked with a small sign.
To get here from Cenac direction:
At the crossroads in Cenac take the D50 in the direction of St Cybranet. In about 10 mins you will reach St Cybranet. On entering the village you will pass a Bio Marche and an Elan service station.
Take the first left after the garage immediately before the Marie (in the direction of Chapelle Pechaud D703) and continue up the hill.
Les Bruguettes is situated on the very top of the hill on the left hand side - just look out for the sign.
