Our holiday home is ideal for families and anyone wishing to avoid the expense and bustle of fashionable resorts such as Nice or Chamonix. We are situated halfway between the Mediterranean beaches and 5-6 of Pyrenean Ski resorts. All this and a lot more can be reached within 30-50 minutes. And Prades is an activity heaven enjoyable all year round and a great base to explore this charming region. maybe the best in town! You will enjoy it 24 hours a day: watch the sunset with your drink in one hand, admire Pyrenees as long as there is day light and wonder what people do in all these houses down the hill - in the evening. Believe me, the view is really terrific- we bought the house for it. 
 
Our garden is fenced and safe for children. We have garden furniture for 10. And the view from the BBQ area is breathtaking. We have 2 sitting areas, with a TV (satellite+cable) in each and also a DVD player and a stereo system for your entertainment. We have queen bed bedroom + 1 bedroom with twin beds the 1 st floor.All bedrooms have wardrobes. And we also a have a double sofa bed in the ground floor living room.There is a separate exit from each of the floors so you can easily divide early birds from those who sleep until 12 o'clock.
