The Property

Stone House in the 1980s. Provencal style built on flat ground of 1500 m2, located 1.5 km from Peymeinade, 8 km from Grasse (capital of perfumes.), 20 minutes from Cannes and 35 minutes from the airport of Nice Côte d'Azur. At 20 minutes of beautiful Lake St. Cassian, 15 minutes Cabris. A 30 minute Gourdon and crystal, a small village style loft as Cabrera built on the flank of the mountain. 
 
Exterior: Swimming Pool house with barbecue, pool 8 x 4, access ladder. 8 baths soleilet its cushions. Inside the Pool House, a small hot plate consisting of 2 gas, a large table with chairs, a sink. A refrigerator and freezer. 
 
The garden is fully enclosed, it is a very quiet place. The owner is responsible to welcome her guests receive it with great pleasure, her mission: to do their utmost to render service and glad to know to enjoy a great vacation.
