The Property
This is a privately owned rental apartment enjoyed by ourselves, friends and families and comfortably sleeps four.
There are two bedrooms, the Master with king size double bed together with en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The twin bedroom has windows overlooking the balcony and has a seperate bathroom with walk in shower cubicle. Both are facing to take advantage of the morning sunshine.Both bedrooms have fitted double wardrobes and ample storage for your holiday.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, modern and furnished to a high standard. It is fully equipped throughout ( fully equipped kitchen, crockery/glasses, oven/cooker, washing machine, iron/board, fridge freezer, microwave and full utensils ) It has a roomy living room with full leather suite and is fitted with satellite sky / TV and DVD player. A full complement of towels and clean bedding /quilts are provided for your stay.
The living room patio doors lead onto a large well lit balcony with dining table and chairs overlooking peaceful Andalucian hillside with mountain backdrop and a view of the mediterranean.
There is easy gated access including lifts and accessible parking in the underground garage or adjacent avenue. You have full access to a large communal pool with seperate child friendly pool with full amenities (toilets and poolside shower ).

THe apartment is Non Smoking and is fully equipped from T spoon to toaster.There is gated access and lifts which are wheelchair accessible. There are two swimming pools which are private and for the use of owners / rentals of the apartments in the complex - a larger pool and a small paddling pool suitable for small children. These are situated in the grassed, landscaped grounds of the apartment. You will find first aid kit, Maps of the area, beach umbrellas and beach mats in the living room.

Located within the Manilva district of the Costa Del Sol on the coastline between Marbella and Sotogrande adjacent to Puerto De La Duquesa in Spain. To visit us you will fly into either Malaga or Gibraltar Airports.
About 500m from your doorstep is Aldea Beach. This is blue flagged with a choice of several beach bars ( chiringuitos ) in view as soon as you hit the sand. You will find a beach umbrella and beach mats for your use in the apartment. Chiringuitos serve drinks, ice cream and food late into the evening.
Puerto De La Duquesa from the apartment it's 20 minutes walk or two minutes in the car. This is an extremely relaxed resort without the crowds having the picturesque marina as its focal point It is an up-market port with friendly bars and first class restaurants
San Luis De Sabinillas 5 mins away It is worth exploring the many alleyways and streets that lead to the leafy town square and Church of Santa Ana with a wonderful promenade and central bronze statue . You will find the blue flagged beach really family friendly with several childrens play areas which are very safe.
30 mins away the glitz and glamour of the Marbella we have all heard about with the exciting nightlife of Puerto Banus or a leisurely stroll back in time by visiting the heart of the old town where you will experience Orange Square which dates back to 1485 when the town was re-conquered from the Moors.
30 mins drive away the historic Gibraltar enjoy Duty Free shopping! You can go dolphin and whale watching, take a cable car ride to the very top of the Rock and enjoy breathtaking views of the Straits of Gibraltar, Spain and the Atlas Mountains of North Africa. There are plenty of places of interest to visit in Gibraltar as it is steeped in military history - the huge natural cavern St Michaels Cave, Moorish castles, the atmospheric Trafalgar cemetry and 50km of Seige Tunnels complete with graffitti from the time of Nelsons Royal Navy!

DEPOSIT
To secure a confirmed booking a non-refundeable deposit of £150 to be paid. The remaining balance will be due 6 weeks prior to departure. For bookings made within 6 weeks of the departure date, payment is required in full.
As you can appreciate as soon as the booking is shown as confirmed this will prevent anyone then booking those dates. If you then cancel we have lost the opportunity for the rental.
Once full payment is recieved then a Welcome Pack together with the keys will be delivered to you via recorded delivery.
REFUNDABLE BOND
A refundable bond of £200 is required ( to cover loss of keys, damage to apartment or contents ) to be paid along with the balance 6 weeks prior to departure. This will be refunded within two weeks of the keys being returned (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Nb. if keys are lost this requires front door lock change approx 100 euros plus keys cutting.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
The change over day is flexible, in most cases we ask guests to vacate the apartment by 1030am as the apartment must be cleaned etc for guests arriving on the same day.
If you are arriving on the same day as guests are departing and to allow time for cleaning 3pm
