The Property

 
Access is gained by a curved flight of stairs. The lounge has a really comfortable feel to it, having good quality furniture, marble flooring throughout, delightful fixtures and fittings and a T.V receiving satellite via cable.There is an air conditioning and heating unit operated by a coin box in this room. 4 hours of lovely cold air or 4 hrs of heat for only 1 Euro. The dining area has a smart white dining table, chairs and matching sideboard with large mirror above. There is a large double patio door which leads to a good size sunny terrace overlooking the pool and communal garden. From here there is a spiral staircase which takes you onto the large roof terrace. This offers views towards the sea to one side, the mountains to the other side and is perfect for sunbathing. 
 
The first bedroom has twin beds, drawers and a large mirrored fitted wardrobe. The first bathroom is newly fitted with a shower cubicle wash hand basin and w.c. The second bedroom has a double bed, drawers and large mirrored fitted wardrobe together with an en suite bathroom with a small bath and shower over, wash hand basin and w.c. It also has a double French door which leads onto the patio where there is a patio table and chairs.  
 
The whole of the apartment is very well decorated and tastefully furnished throughout. It offers perfect accommodation for couples and families alike. A car is not necessary as all amenities are close at hand including a supermarket close by and the beach about 100 yds away.
