The Fan is a beautiful 2 bedroom villa with an ocean and mountain View. Sitting on the hills of Williams Field, just 4km east of Port Antonio, the villa takes its name from its architectural fan shape. It has a spectacular views over the Blue Mountains, the ocean, Dolphin Bay and the "Trident Castle".

The Property
Situated on the hills of Williams field just four kilometers east of Port Antonio, the villa takes its name from its architectural fan shape, has a spectacular view, over looking the blue mountains, the ocean, Dolphin Bay and the Trident Castle below. A few minutes drive from The Fan there is Frenchman Cove, one of the most picturesque beach in Jamaica, San San beach, world famous Blue Lagoon, Winnifred Beach, Boston Bay and beach, where Jerk chicken and pork originated and a little further, Chill Out beach in Long Bay.
Immersed in a tropical forest, with Hummingbirds feeding on exotic flowers The Fan consists of two individual self contained apartments of one bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen The couch in the downstairs apartment can be turned into an extra bed if needed. A friendly housekeeper and a gardener are there to pamper to your every wish, from offering fresh coconut water and jelly on arrival to pick for you fresh seasonal fruits from the garden to preparing your dining requests.

Airport information: The closer airport is Norman Manley in Kingston, 2 hours scenic drive if you reach in the daylight. We can organize the transportation for you with one of our experienced driver. Price one way $140 for 2 persons Direction from Kingston Airport to Port Antonio, First Option the easiest route as you do not need to drive through the city, just turn right at the second roundabout after the airport and you're on your way. The drive will take about 3 hours. Watch the pat-holes! Second Option Through Kingston and then through the hills, along the Wag-Water River, on the beautiful but very curvy ""Junction Road"". This is the main road joining the south to the north and is the best road with the shortest driving time (2 - 2½ hours).

A deposit of fifty percent (50%) payable by bank wire transfer or credit card is required to confirm your reservation.For payment with credit card a 5% bank’s commission will be added to the total.The balance for the rental must be paid in full within 45 days before the start of the rental period. If the balance is not received in time Ville Esclusive in Italia reserves the right to cancel the booking and retains the deposit. For bookings made within 45 days before the start of the rental period full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: For Cancellations greater than 45 days of the check in date, there will be a 50% refund of the reservation deposit. For cancellations within 45 days of the check in date, there will be no refund of the reservation deposit, unless the unit is re-rented (less a 15% handling fee).
Rules: The properties are intended for holiday rentals and are furnished and equipped to accommodate the number of occupants indicated in the individual property descriptions published. Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
