Location Description

*** Grand Reserve is a quiet, gated and largely residential community in the sought after area of Davenport. The villa is situated on a large private corner plot overlooking a wetland preservation area. The villa is close to many amenities but it is away from the road and beautifully peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet walk round the friendly community at any time of the day or evening. 
 
The villa is situated off Old Lake Wilson Road (545) and easily accessed from junction 58 of Interstate 4 (I4) or Highway 192. Near Champions Gate, which has shops, bank, McDonalds, Pizzeria, hairdressers, petrol etc. Villa has great access to I4 and 192 and is perfectly situated for all the main theme park attractions, superb golf and fantastic shopping. Disney is just a short 10-15 minute drive away. A short 5 minute walk along the path will take you to the nearby garage, which also sells basic food items, papers, take-away food. Large Publix supermarket is just a few minutes drive away. 
 
Approximate driving time to:  
* Orlando International airport is 25-30 minutes.  
* Sanford airport - 50-60 minutes.  
* Cocoa beach etc - 1 hour. Try combining a villa stay with a cruise from Port  
Canaveral.  
* Tampa, Busch Gardens - 1 hour.  
* Cape Canaveral - witness the spectacular of a space shuttle launch.  
* West coast, Clearwater, St Petersberg - 1.5 hours.  
* Disney area - 10-15 minutes.  
* Sea World/Universal theme parks - 25 minutes.  
* 192 and numerous restaurants/mini golf etc - 5 minutes.  
* Large supermarket - 3 minutes.  
* Fantastic shopping within 15-30 minutes at Florida Mall, Millenia Mall, Premium
