The Property
Villa El Dorado is a large impressive villa in it's own private grounds with it's own heated swimming pool. Stunning grounds with native trees and flowers the 1,000 year old olive tree is magnificent. Accessed through electric gates it is secure and quiet. The villa has a full alarm system for extra peace of mind.
Fully air conditioned, each bedroom and the living room/dining room has Dakin air conditioning units. Air con is included in the price.
Sky TV with large satellite dish so that you can receive BBC1 2 ITV etc as well as some SKY channels.
Wireless broadband. Broadband is included in the price.
X-Box with separate TV and a selection of games something to keep the 'children' busy when not in the pool!
All linen, towels, pool towels are included at no extra charge.
The Outdoor kitchen is next to the pool with large BBQ, fridge, dishwasher, full set of shatter proof plates, cups, glasses, ice maker, kettle, toaster there is everything you need to live alfresco.
Full laundry facilities washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing board so you can travel light and take clean washing home!

El Dorado is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The open plan sitting room, dining room, kitchen is upstairs with sliding picture window doors leading to a large balcony with sea view which gets the sun in the morning and is cool in the heat of the day. El Dorado is on a flat plot of land but is not suitable for anyone who can't manage stairs.

Javea is 1 hour and 20 minutes north from Alicante or the same south from Valencia airport.
El Dorado is on the edge of the town but only five minutes in the car to the sandy Arenal beach, the port or the old town with it's narrow cobbled streets, shops and markets.
There are two restaurants within walking distance which are both very good.
A large park is at the end of the road with swings etc.
There is a busy market each Thursday which is worth a visit.
If you want large shops, water parks, theatre etc it an all be found at Benedorm about 40 mins away.

Pool Heating - from the end of October until the beginning of April pool heating is charged at £150 per week and is optional. (23rd October 2010 to 8th April 2011)

El Dorado is situated on a flat plot of land in a quiet area of Javea called Pinomar, which means pine and sea, but about 5 mins in the car you can be on the Arenal Beach, at the Old Town or at the Port.
Javea is ideal for a family holiday with a large sandy beach and lots of restaurants, of all types, on a pedestrian promenade next to the beach.
The area is green all year round with hibiscus, oleander and lots of native flowers and trees. Because of all the orange and almond groves the coast is known as the 'orange blossom coast'.
