The Property
This spacious stone built house adjoining the Mairie and the 17th century château, named also "little Versailles", has been completely renovated to the very highest standards. It combines the ageless charm of rural provincial architecture with the exquisite style and convenience of modern design.
The living areas – kitchen, dining and lounge as well as the entertainment room – are subdivided by arches and impressive limestone vaulted ceilings.
On the first floor, to be reached by a spiral staircase, a large and bright landing leads to the four double bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms with separate toilets. All rooms are spacious and are tastefully furnished.
Within the gardens of the property is a large inviting swimming pool and patio area with adjoining sheltered summer kitchen including gas-barbecue. There are large terrace areas for alfresco dining with access through French doors to the kitchen and lounge areas.
All very close to La Maison Caveirac are our bakery, the butchery, bars, the restaurant, the hairdresser and many more. And adjacent to our grounds is the “arena des taureaux”. You will feel invited to join the daily village life and the many cultural festivals.
