The Property
The villa is in Torba, a small quiet traditional fishing village, just a 10 minute drive from Bodrum. It is very spacious both inside and outside and has numerous large terraces, perfect for al fresco dining by the pool or for relaxing in the shade. There is a built in barbecue and a large (6m by 8m) private swimming pool.
As we use the villa on a regular basis, it is furnished to the highest possible standard with all the mod cons we expect at home. There is satellite television in the lounge and also satellite TV in one bedroom, both with English and foreign stations. There is also WiFi internet access in the villa for those all-important emails!.
With 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and double study/bedroom, the villa is ideal for families/friends who want to enjoy the sporting, cultural or hedonistic pleasures of Bodrum or Turkbuku. However, the setting is so idyllic, and the terraces so spacious, you may not want to leave the villa at all!

*** Airport information: Getting from the airport to the villa is very easy - along a newly refurbished motorway/fast road which also provides easy access to Bodrum. It takes 35 minutes from airport to villa.
Bodrum Milas airport is 35km from the property. There are flights from most UK international airports direct to Bodrum Milas airport.
Charter flights from the UK are available from Thomson (thomsonfly.com), Thomas Cook, (Thomascook.com), First Choice (Firstchoice.co.uk) and Aegean Flights (aegeanflights.com). EasyJet and Pegasus Airlines also fly to Bodrum from London.
Taxis from the airport cost about 40 Euros to Torba but hire cars can be collected from (and delivered back to) Milas airport. There are car hire offices at the airport but I have found that pre-booking through Cartrawler is a very efficient and economical way to hire a car.
There is also a ferry from Kos to Bodrum..
Local buses (dolmus) are very cheap (60p) and can be waved down at any time.

A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required to secure your booking with balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Personal cheques or payment direct into a UK bank account are accepted forms of payment
Prices based on 2 weeks accommodation. Prices for a one week booking will increase slightly.
Full maid services available - £100 per week.
Refundable deposit of £250 to cover breakages.
Payment method is by Paypal, cheque or on-line banking in GBP or Euros

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
The locked closet in the second bedroom contains our personal items. Please be respectful.
Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance.
On departure:All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.
The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down.
The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees.
All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can.Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.
Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors.
Leave all keys with Sevgi.
