Welcome to Paradise in Breckenridge, Colorado! Just steps from the mountain, this deluxe, spacious, (1250 Square feet) newly-renovated, ground-floor, corner unit in Mountainwood is located right around the corner from the Quicksilver Ski Lift at the base of Peak 9. (Unique with King Beds in both bedrooms and a queen in the sleeper sofa!) It is conveniently located less than a block from Main Street Station, boutiques, shops, and night clubs in the heart of Breckenridge. A variety of excellent restaurants - serving everything from Sushi to Italian - are within walking distance.
During your stay, you can enjoy the gold rush atmosphere of historic Breckenridge with one of the top-rated North American ski complexes right at your front door in the winter. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, hot air ballooning, kayaking, horseback riding, jeep tours of gold rush ghost towns, and above all sunshine, blue skies, and cool nights. Additionally, the Breckenridge Recreation Center offers a fitness center, swimming pool, rock climbing wall, and various other activities and classes for the entire family. And if all this is not enough - there is a wonderful puzzle store in town, a quilt shop, an Internet cafe, and DVD/video rental stores.
This beautiful condominium is located between the Marriott Mountain Lodge and Hyatt Main Street Station and offers comfortable accommodations at a fraction of their cost. You will appreciate the convenience of heated underground parking, elevators, plenty of storage room, a washer and dryer down the hall, and easy access to the free town shuttle. Guests also have access to the nearby Columbine swimming pool and four indoor and outdoor hot tubs.
This residence has a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace in the dining and living area, and a huge deck that includes a gas grill and provides breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The living room and bedrooms all contain their own TV/VCR combinations for your viewing pleasure. The splendidly decorated master bedroom has a KING bed, a walk-in closet, and a newly-renovated private bathroom with a double vanity. The second bedroom also has a KING bed, with the guest bathroom just down the hall. For extra guests, the couch in the living room includes a queen hide-a-bed.

Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.
We take personal or cashiers checks, Master Card and Visa.
Prices are discounted for cash or checks and we add 3% for Credit Cards.
Typically, we take 50% when taking the reservation and the balance 60 days out.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 61 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $100. For cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 3 nights rent OR the entire deposit if we cannot rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
Rules: Mountainwood is a smoke free and pet free lodging. Many of our guests are highly allergic to smoke and pet dander and we guarantee them that they will not be exposed. Maximum of 6 in the condo for sleeping.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice, but not after we receive your deposit.
