The open plan 75 square metre ground floor comprises a hall, large diner / kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and micro wave, and an automatic washing machine. 
The large lounge is comfortable with four armchairs and two sofas, hifi, dvd and video player, English TV, games and toys for the little ones, dining table and chairs. 
The hall features a mezzanine and on the first floor there is a very large bedroom with a double bed, a three quarter bed suitable for two small children, and a cot. 
There are two twin bedrooms. Sheets, duvets and pillow cases are included. The shower room is also on the first floor, with separate toilet. A baby bath and high chair are also provided. 
The large child safe garden opposite the barn is the ideal spot for outdoor meals with garden furniture, barbecue and table tennis. Private parking is provided in the courtyard. 
Location 
Located in the charming Authie Valley, only one hour south of Calais, La Grange has been created from the former barn of our eighteenth century farmhouse, with its half acre of grounds in the village of Nampont, with two eighteen hole golf courses less than one mile away. 
The Authie river is only 200 metres from the property, a picturesque watermill 15 minutes walk, and the beautiful Valloires Abbey and gardens are 5 minutes drive, situated in the heart of the valley. 
The sandy beaches of the Opal coast are only 15 minutes drive west, local resorts include Berck, featuring a theme park, Le Touquet , Fort Mahon and St Valery. The medieval fortified town of Montreuil sur Mer, renowned for its restaurants, is only 15 minutes drive; World War 1 battle fields only hour's drive. 
The area is well known for its daily markets, including fish markets in Etaples. 
Local forests include Crécy ( 15 mins ), and Hesdin ( 20 mins ). 
The beautiful cathedrals of Amiens and Rouen are both within one hour's drive. 
There are two restaurants in Nampont within walking distance.
