Prices for our apartment are per week and include a meet and greet service, linen, towels (not beach towels, please bring your own), air/heat conditioning, reasonable electricity costs and final cleaning.  
 
We require £150 or 20% (whichever is the greatest) non-refundable deposit upon booking and the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. Also at this time we will require a £200 security deposit against damages/lost keys, this will be returned to you following your departure and inspection of the apartment by our management team. 
 
During high season periods of Easter/July/August & Xmas changeovers are on a Saturday (sometimes we can be a little flexible please enquire)at all other times we can be more flexible please enquire. 
 
Changeovers can be on the same day, i.e. a holiday may commence on the same day other guests depart. 
 
Rental rates are based upon occupnacy of 6 people. For over occupancy, up to a maximum of 8 people, there is a supplement charge of £50 per person, per week. 
 
Discounts for stays of 3 weeks or more. Please contact for details.

Calahonda is a busy resort with a rustic flavour and is very much centred on the holidaymaker, with four golf courses, tennis courts, and a shimmering coastline offering an array of water sports, shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants that have a truly global take on cuisine and cannot fail to suit all tastes! 
 
Calahonda is situated a few kilometres east of Marbella, right in the heart of the Costa del Sol’s “golf valley”. It is in an excellent location from which to easily visit some of the best places that the Costa del Sol coast has to offer, such as Puerto Banus, Mijas, Benalmedena, Estepona, Ronda and Granada and not forgetting Gibralter for all your Duty Free shopping and monkey encounters!
