• Clean linen and cleaning of the property is provided per week at €20 per person per week. For people staying for more than one week, the property will be cleaned at some time between 12 noon and 4pm on each Saturday
• Arrival time after 4pm Saturday and departure time before 12 noon Saturday
• A deposit of 50% is requested with booking, within 1 day of placing the booking
• A refundable damage deposit of €350 is also required with booking
• No hidden extras
• Cancellations will be charged – 50% - 6 weeks prior to booking date. 65% 4 weeks prior and full rate for less than four weeks
