Deep Blue Villa is 200 sq m can give comfortable accommodation for 6 persons up to 8. The top level of the house it has sitting and dining area with fireplace, big fully equipped kitchen and one bedroom (double and a single bed). It is giving a lot of comfort and home atmosphere. On the large covered veranda you may enjoy an amazing sea view. The first level of the house contains two bedrooms 35 and 40 sq m each with their own entrances and verandas, bathrooms and small kitchens. One bedroom has large double bed, the next one has two half-double beds.  
 
The Studio Apartment 50 sq m air-conditioned has his own privacy and beautiful view to Kefalonia Island . Can house 2 up to 3 people. It has large bedroom with double and single bed, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, TV, Hi-Fi music system. 
 
Crystal and Purple Villas are two identical, newly built 3 bedrooms villas, comfortable for 6-7 persons each. On the ground level are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting-dining room and kitchen. On the top level are one bedroom, 1 bathroom and large covered veranda with amazing panoramic sea view. Private swimming pool with hydro massage spot. These two villas are situated 35 metres apart, and although they have their own pools and outdoor areas, they are also very suitable for two families wanting to travel together, yet retain a degree of independence. Our other villa, Villa Deep Blue is situated 150 metres away, so the three properties could also be rented together for a larger group of up to 20 people.
