In a prime location, it is just 2 minutes walk to restaurants, shops and the Ploce Gate into the old City of Dubrovnik. The apartment provides great views of Lokrum Island, the Adriatic and the old city and harbour of Dubrovnik. 
 
This air conditioned apartment was completely renovated in 2007 and sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. It has a full modern kitchen with oven, ceramic cook-top, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, electric kettle, coffee maker etc. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms with cable TV and DVD players. The modern living room features a red leather sofa (sleeps 2 children when the bed is pulled out), flat screen TV, and dining table for 6. The Bathroom has a new electronic Jacuzzi shower, WC and dual sinks. 
Towels and linens are included and are changed weekly when the property is cleaned (or on change of guests). Let us know if you have any special requests.  
 
The apartment is very accessible with public parking outside the front door, and bus and taxi closeby. 
 
This apartment is right on one of Dubrovnik's best beaches. This sand and pebble beach is directly across from the apartment entrance. 
This great location and easy ground floor access has proven to be a great plus. Apart from the beach, there are 3 restaurants, cafes, car rental, grocery store, post office, folk center, gallery etc within a hundred yards, so no reason to rent a car or walk far.
