Located 2km from the beaches, in the heart of the Riviera dei fiori, the house has been converted into 3 attractive apartments and was refurbished in 2006. It is located in Imperia Oneglia, on a hill, Le Cascine, overlooking the town. The ancient village is one of the most exclusive residential areas in Imperia. From the panoramic garden, amid centuries-old olive trees, you can also enjoy the marvellous view of the bay of Imperia and the Alps.

Elvira Apartment

"Elvira" is about 70 square meters (750 square feet) and is located on the first floor. It is the largest flat in the cottage and consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The spacious living room has large windows with impressive views of Oneglia, Porto Maurizio and the sea.

Battina Apartment

Battina with its characteristic vaulted ceiling is in the oldest part of the cottage. It is suitable for three adults or a couple with a baby and a child. It is located on the ground floor. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. It is equipped with a double bed plus a sofa bed with two single beds. A cot will be provided on request. The guests may also enjoy the benefit of a lovely patio in the private garden.

Litta Apartment

"Litta" is perfect for a couple or a couple with a baby. It is about 28 square meters (300 square feet) and is located on the ground floor of the cottage. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. It is equipped with a double bed, a cot can be provided on request. The guests can also enjoy the benefit of a lovely patio in the private garden.
