The bungalow is equipped with a reverse cycle 3.5HP Fujitsu air-conditioner for both heating and cooling. It has a lounge, a games room (convertible to 5th bedroom!), 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets and furnished with household amenities and centralised hot water system. It has a large common area and a gardens at the front and back, with 2 open carports on the driveway and lots of parking spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooking facilities, basic cutleries, crockery, refrigerator, micro-wave oven, iron, ironing board, washing machine, and other electrical appliances (frying pan, kettle, rice cooker). Specifications may vary slightly from time to time as equipment and facilities are replaced or upgraded.
The master bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed and its own toilet and showers. The other three bedrooms have beds for two persons each and there is a central shower and toilet facilities. All bedrooms are equipped with fans, basic linen, pillows, blankets etc. Washing machines, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils are available. Fully tiled and carpetted on the inside, great designer home.

Within 1 minute drive from the bungalow is a medical centre and a pharmacy. About 5 minutes drive from the bungalow, there is the Ballajura Shopping Mall with a Chinese Restaurant and a fast food outlet (Red Rooster), and the lakes. McDonalds Restaurant and many other restaurants are also within the vicinity.

Entrance to Emu Lake is at Lakeshore Close, turn left at the T-junction then walk down the path beside the large park along the lake shore. Nice place for eco tourism.

Or take a short drive along Beach Road right down to the beaches.
Save on petrol and travel costs, as Ballajura is so much closer to the airport, City Centre and Shopping Precincts than nearby towns and places such as Quinns Rocks, Joondalup, Clarkson, Mindarie or Mullaloo.

Car hire available from www.northsiderentals.com.au and taxi's from airport. Only 19 minutes drive to the property. The property is opposite Woolworths, shopping centre and petrol station.
1. Drive out from the airport and turn right into Tonkin Hwy.
2. Tonkin Hwy joins to Reid Hwy - keep going.
3. Not long after, turn right into Malaga Drive (see the road signs) and right again into Marshall Rd.
4. Short distance later, turn left into Bellefin Drive and another 200 metres on, you see Woolworths Supermart.
