The Property
This comfortable house is located right next to the beach and on a short walk (150
meters) from the centre of Ampuriabrava. You have a beautiful view from the
garden and in 1 of the 3 bedrooms. Downstairs you will find a garage, new kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine) and livingroom (with flatscreen TV+DVD), from where you can enter the spacious, closed garden, great for the kids and dog to play in! Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms (2 with airconditioning) and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. You can enjoy a nice glass of wine while hearing the sea and with the children already vast asleep upstairs! The garden is south-west orientated so you can enjoy the sun almost all day. Dogs are welcome.
