The property is set in established tropical gardens with a communal pool and its own private and garden terraces. The lounge/diner has double doors which open onto the garden terrace with views of the beautifully maintained gardens, the pool and to the left of the property the manicured Mijas Golf Course. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary equipment and electrical appliances, there is also a downstairs cloakroom leading from the hall. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms, the master having a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and also a private terrace, ideal for catching those rays! The second bedroom has twin beds and is adjacent to the main bathroom which again has bath and shower facilities. All fresh linen and towels are provided on a weekly basis. 
 
The Sunshine town of Fuengirola is a stones throw away with its long and sweeping coast-line fronted by the ""Paseo Maritimo"" which is home to hundreds of bars and restaurants to suit every taste.
