This is a superbly furnished fully air-conditioned 1st floor one bed-roomed apartment with twin beds & fitted wardrobes. Patio doors lead out onto a large furnished balcony overlooking the swimming pool with a children's pool.
The modern planned fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, ample dining space & is well equipped with: Oven & hob, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, iron & ironing board.
The spacious lounge also leads out onto the fully furnished balcony. There is a TV (Satellite - all 5 UK channels), Hi-Fi, CD & DVD player.
A family size bathroom with bath & "overhead" shower.
All towels & bed linen are provided.
The apartment contains a hair dryer, smoke alarm and small wall safe.
There will be a free "Welcome Pack" on arrival with our compliments.
"Night life" being 15 mins away which is far enough away not to hear any noise but close enough to be able to walk back home without having to order a taxi.
Within 200/300 mtrs the is a taverna which is very popular and next to this is a kiosk which has fresh bread daily and provides everything that a kiosk has to offer.

There are sun loungers round the pool provided by the developer on a 'first come, first served basis'.
*** We are approx. 15 minutes drive from Paphos airport.
Only 3 minutes to the nearest Taverna and kiosk which contains fresh bread and cakes daily and everything else that a kiosk has to offer.
The famous 'Bar Street' is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Close enough to walk, have a drink and not have to worry about having a taxi home.
Paphos harbour and sea front where you will find an abundance of tavernas, bars, restaurants, cafes, souvenir, leather and jewellery shops is about 15 minutes walk.
Here you can hire a speed boat or book one of the many cruises on 'Wave Dancer 1' for a memorable time e.g. Fireworks Night, Cypriot Night, VIP Sunset and more.
You can visit 'WaterPark' for a fun day out or go for a game of 'Mini Golf'.
There are numerous places of interest if you like sight-seeing. It is well worth a visit to see all the historical treasures, including St Paul's pillar, the ancient mosaics, old churches and the Tomb of the Kings.

For those of you who know Kato Paphos, Marinas Garden is on the Universal site, near the dual carriage way and next but one street up from Sirena Sunrise.
The complex if suitable for all ages not just e.g. children, teenagers or 18-30, it is close enough to all the 'night life' but far enough away not to hear any noise once you get home. It is ideally located.
There are some fantastic restaurant as well as cheaper places to eat, you always have a choice.
