*** Puerto de la Cruz is the tourist centre in the north of Tenerife and offers ideal possibilities for every vacationer. The black volcanic sandy beaches, the sea water swimming-pools, the Loro Parque (animal show) and the national park Las Cañadas del Teide (3.715 m highest mountain of Spain) are known internationally.
The flat is situated in Puerto de la Cruz in the district of La Paz which belongs to the preferential residential areas. At approx. 80 m above sea level there is a well-balanced climate, hence, among other things the botanical garden is nearby.
