The Property
Villa Romar stands in its own landscaped gardens with established plants and trees offering a shady spot what ever time of day. There is a built in BBQ to add to the alfresco lifestyle of this villa. The kidney shaped swimming pool is just off the terrace.
It has been equipped for us as a family to enjoy and not just as a rental property. The beds are excellent quality, the lounge has a leather suite, it has full air conditioning and heating, has a separate dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. There are 3 bathrooms with one being ensuite to the main bedroom.
The villa also has safety and other features for families such as stair gates,cot, high chair, fenced off pool, safety cover on pool available and an enclosed garden. The shed contains all the equipment needed for the beach and the pool.
There is a first floor sun terrace and ample sun beds and garden furniture aroud the property.
The POLARIS WORLD Resort has a 9 hole golf course at present with plans for another 9 holes designed by Jack Nicklaus.
