The Property

There are terraces with sun and shaded areas, adjacent to a traditional Spanish barbeque and pool in our large garden.
The property is set in 2800 square metres of private garden and original woodland. We are on the exclusive urbanization of ‘Vall Repos’ with its own large pool, tennis courts, football pitch, restaurant and bar available to our clients.
We are 10 minutes drive from one of many beaches and shops and restaurants. There are 8 golf courses in the area, one only 10 minutes away!
This is an excellent base from which to explore the many attractions of this corner of Spain. We are only a few minutes drive from many Costa Brava's finest beaches, some set in quiet coves others in interesting resorts full of shops and restaurants. This coast also offers a range of more exhilarating options: sailing, dingy, wind surfer hire and water skiing available in S'Agaro and Platja D'Aro during summer.
There are 8 well established golf courses in the area, one only 10 minutes away! This area has excellent golfing facilities all year round and longer or shorter out of season breaks can be arranged.
Other local facilities include an equestrian centre, go-carting and a variety of cycling and walking trails, suitable for a range of abilities.
This idyllic location easily accessible, only 25 minutes from Girona airport and 90 from Barcelona or Perpignan airport.

Ample parking on driveways and in double garage. The Urbanization has a private sports and social area with a large open air swimming pool (seasonal), sports field, tennis courts restaurant and bar.

• Large open air pool available in the urbanization for the use of residents and their guests/tenants (summer Months only).

Coast/Beach
San Antoni is a fabulous family friendly resort and is the nearest beach, only a 10 minute drive. One of our favourite is S'Agaro which is 20 minutes away and has many dedicated trails for breath taking walks. Sailing/boat hire available at the beach and also lessons in the summer. Great for swimming and snorkeling. Several beaches are within 15 minutes drive.
The coast offers a range of options: Sailing, dinghy, wind surfer hire and water skiing available in S'Agaro and Platja D'Aro during summer. Power boat and yacht hire also available in Platja D'Aro / Palamos Marinas.
Golf
This area is a golfers paradise, with championship courses and several 18 hole and 9 hole courses to test the best players. The nearest golf club is 5 to 10 mins drive away:

Skiing (December to March)
There is winter skiing in the Pyrenees which is 90 minutes drive away. Vallter 2000 a popular Ski Resort is 160km to the North West.
Highly Recommended The city of Barcelona is only 90 minutes away and as a major regional centre caters for almost every special interest you can imagine! A visit to Girona itself is an excellent day out, whether you are looking for superb shopping or site seeing in the famous medieval ‘Jewish Quarter’.
Luxury Spa in a local 5 Star Hotel is available to non residents all year.
Other Local Facilities Tennis, walking and cycling. The area is excellent for walking with lots of great views. There are also a lot of cycle paths for mountain biking and the terrain varies from smooth tracks to good quality off road.
Go-karting is just outside Santa Cristina, on the old road to Castell d'Aro and Platja d'Aro. Quad bike centre is 5 minutes away. Equestrian Centre (as used in the Barcelona Olympics) is only 10 minutes drive.

Simple Booking Notes
Non-refundable booking deposit of 25% with balance due 10 weeks prior to departure. Refundable damages deposit of £200 is payable 2 weeks before
the holiday.
Notes on Prices
The prices include welcome pack, meet and greet service, information and assistance if needed during your stay, departure check out, normal cleaning after your stay, laundry and pool maintenance (when applicable).
Significant discounts for longer winter lets are available on request, as we are in an ideal location for a winter escape or looking for a second home. Short breaks for golfing holidays are welcomed and special rates can be arranged.
Saturdays are preferred in the summer season but we are flexible about this especially for late and off peak bookings.
Extras
Beach/Swim Towels
We can hire towels at €15/£10 each for up to 2 weeks which we expect to receive back clean. If unwashed €5/£3 will be charged. All you need do is put them in the machine last thing the night before leaving so we can dry them before anyone else arrives!
Travel Cot and High Chair can be hired at €15/£10 each per week.
