The Property

 
This traditional villa has been in our family for over 30 years and is now owned by the 3rd generation, thus it is much loved and used by the family, having been refurbished in late 2007 the accommodation will now not only be comfortable it will also have a bit of the modern comforts, such as fully fitted kitchen incl dishwasher & washer, build in gas cooker & full size fridge freezer as we have children under 5 the villa has all the normal safety needed such as stairgates, electrical socket guards, there is also a highchair, travel cot available (we do advise you bring your own bedding for the cot) The garden is perfect for un-winding & de-sanding after a long day at the beach. 
Sleeping 6 in 3 double rooms (all with twin beds) 2 rooms having french doors leading to the grassed gardens. 2 modern bathrooms both with modern suites, 1 free standing shower & 1 shower over the bath, both have toilets.

Based on the beach front at Praia Da Luz the location is second to none, being one of the original beach front villas it has unrestricted views of the beach and is approx 30 paces from our garden gate to the main luz beach. The location also gives direct access to all the village restaurants, supermarkets, shops, markets etc so there is no need to hire a car, it is approx 6 mins on the bus to the busy town of Lagos or 20 mins by bus to Sagres. Luz has an abundance of excellent restaurants with only 1 or 2 late night bars/clubs etc making it ideal for familes & couples or those who prefer a quieter holiday
