*** To relax and do very little
There is a great relaxed atmosphere in Cha-am no pressure to do anything you don't want to do if you would like to sit by the pool or sit on the white sand at the beautiful beach of Cha-am and just soak up the hot sun just do it. And if you want to jump on a jet ski which is available to hire or even have a banana ride to cool off and then dip into warm sea. If you want to hire a 1 to 4 seater peddle bike or a moped the choice is yours or just walk along the sea front shopping and picking out where and what you would like to eat next and if you don't like Thai food there is English and a wide range and dishes available.
And if you just like a small amount of sight seeing just a 20 minute drive to the town of Hua-Hin which is the next big resort along the south of Thailand there is a lot of shops and markets where you can buy a whole range of things as well as local attractions to see.

Cha Am is fast becoming the next big holiday destination in Thailand. Located only 150 kms from Bangkok , it is easily accessible by road in just under 2.5 hours. The resort town of Hua Hin is only a further 12 kms away.
The authorities have decided to make Cha Am into a major tourist destination and are investing huge amounts of resources and money to upgrade it to the same standard as any other popular holiday destination in the world.
The beaches are absolutely beautiful and there are miles and miles of beach-front land available which is being developed by some of the most prominent business men in Thailand.
Future projects under study are the construction of a multi million dollar Fun Park , similar to the world renowned Universal Studios and an under water aquarium are soon to become a reality. The authorities have also approved upgrading all the existing hotels and resorts and have approved construction of many new ones.
Cha Am is now at a stage where Hua Hin was just a few years ago. Investing now in Cha Am will reap the untold benefits in a period of less than 2 years.
