Villa Nissi is a light and airy private villa built in 2001 in what was a hillside olive grove. Its high position affords it amazing views of Glyfa Bay and distant islands beyond. 
The villa is centrally positioned in its landscaped grounds with a number of varried terraces providing both sun shaded areas along with a stone built BBQ and seating area from all you can gaze at the fishing boats and yachts sailing by from sun rise to sunset.  
There is a small secluded beach just below the villa, reached by a 2 minute walk down through a shady olive grove. A walk along the shore line of Glyfa beach brings you to the pretty harbour village of Steni Vala, where there are 5 excellent eateries to choose from, 2 small but good supermarkets with fresh bread daily and 3 comfortable bars to laze away the time watching the yacht flotillas arrive and depart. 
A 10 minute walk in the opposite direction leads you to the delightful small harbour of Kalamakia where there is a choice of 4 tavernas serving their catch of fresh fish daily. 
Exploration of the island can be on foot using the many footpaths which are detailed in two local publications kept at the villa. 
There are plenty of car rental options, which can be arranged, ready and waiting for you at the harbour on your arrival. 
Or you may like to consider hiring a small boat which can be moored at the jetty beneath the villa enabling you to reach all the beautiful deserted coves which are inaccessible by road.
