Comprising lounge/dining room with TV, well equipped kitchen, mezzanine twin bedroom with lounge area and library, shower/wc. Linen, electric blankets, towels, bikes and a gas barbecue are included.

The bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds that can be pushed together ( normally ) or separated. Each has an electric blanket for the cooler times of year! Therew is a large fan for warm nights and the window is covered with a fine mesh so that I can be left open without risking the ingress of flying insects.

*** We live in the country! That means that it is normally quiet and ideal for relaxing. The nearest shops are about 5 kms away and can easily be accessed by bike.
Because of our location the whole of the Bordeaux Wine Region is easily accessed and we can arrange visits and wine tastings with various Châteaux. Just let us know what you want to do and we will probably be able to help with booking it! That includes visits to Cognac.

Rental is from 4 p.m. on Saturday and the apartment must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on your agreed day of departure.
Please note that a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the full rental is required when you confirm your booking. Initial Bookings are held for 14 days from the date of the posting of the Booking Forms to you. If the deposit and completed Booking Form is not received by then we reserve the right to offer the dates to others.
The balance plus a guarantee of £50 is to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date. For available dates see the availability page or contact us by e.mail, phone or letter.
