Berry Park

Berry Park is a splendid Victorian Country House, full of character. Six acres attractive gardens and fields in beautiful Devon countryside next to Cornish Border and close to the sea. The house has been skillfully converted into apartments of various sizes and provide every comfort, whilst retaining the original Victorian features giving them style and character. There are also two cottages adjoining the main house.

Primrose Cottage

Spacious and pretty 16th century Cottage. The well equipped farmhouse kitchen has electric cooker,microwave, fridge/freezer and extending dining table. Large, comfortable, lounge with widescreen digital TV and DVD player, a woodburner and stereo. Bathroom/wc and shower room/wc. Three large bedrooms, two have a double bed and a single, the third has three single beds.

Garden Cottage

A delightfully cosy little studio style cottage, tucked away in a quiet corner of the garden. Flat screen digital TV with DVD player. The kitchen is very well equipped, including an electric cooker, fridge and microwave. The double bed is in a curtained alcove which adjoins the lounge and there is a shower room. Central heating is included in the price.

Snowdrop and Poppy

Poppy (ground floor) and Snowdrop (first floor) Kitchens have electric cooker, fridge and microwave, Lounges have bedsettee and flat screen digital colour TV with DVD player. Shower room.Central heating is included in the price

Marigold, Harebell, Honeysuckle and Wild Rose

A choice of four two bedroomed apartments. Each has well equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and fridge. Most have a freezer. Full bathroom.
