The Property
Sea Breeze a contemporary luxury 5 star three-storey holiday home, it has open views over the beautiful cove of Combe Martin and surrounding countryside. The house is well equipped to five star standard and has been awarded English Tourist Board Five Star rating for the past four years.
Sea Breeze holiday cottage is in Combe Martin, North Devon, and is suitable for couples, families or friends sharing, it offers luxury self catering holiday accommodation at affordable prices. Combe Martin, which is on the edge of the Exmoor National Park is near Ilfracombe, Lynton, Lynmouth and Woolacombe.
Sea Breeze holiday home is an ideal place for children as there are wonderful fishing and rock pool areas on the sandy beach at Combe Martin, plus lots of caves to explore. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite) will sleep 7 or 8 and is suitable for two families sharing. Facilities include two rooms with King size beds, one single room, plus a room with full size bunk beds. There is also a pull out occasional bed plus a cot.
There are beautiful sea views over Combe Martin Cove from both the sitting room and master bedroom. You can actually sit on the sofa and see the sparkle of the sea. The beach is a five minute walk away while holding the hand of a young child.
The house is well equipped with 3 lovely comfy leather sofas to seat eight, 32inch wide screen LCD TV with surround sound cinema system, DVD, video player and Ipod docking stations. Within the bathrooms there are 2 power showers, a whirlpool bath, There is a terrace garden to relax in and to enjoy the sunshine.
The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you need for a comfy stay including Dishwasher, Washing machine, Large fridge freezer, microwave, TV, Radio/CD Player, coffee maker and bread maker.
The house is available to rent from Friday to Friday, half term; summer holiday dates, plus short weekend breaks through out the year. Christmas and New Year breaks also available.

The master en-suite bedroom has a fantastic view of the cove of Combe Martin and surrounding countryside. It has a comfy hotel quality king size bed, quality bed linen and oak furniture. There is room for an occasional bed or cot.
The 2nd bedroom has views over the garden with a comfy king size bed and quality oak furniture, there is room for an occasional bed or cot.
The single room has a hotel quality bed and pine furniture, views over the garden.
The bunk bed room will sleep two adults or children in full size hotel quality beds.

The village of Combe Martin is also an ideal base for touring Lynton & Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple.
Situated in a beautiful and fertile valley, or combe, on the western edge of Exmoor, Combe Martin lies at the centre of some of North Devon's most spectacular coastal scenery.
The approach to Combe Martin, along the coastal road, offers the visitor glimpses of some of the most stunning views in North Devon. The two headlands of Great and Little Hangman dominate the scene which greets visitors to the village as they journey down to the pretty sheltered harbour below.
The beach at Combe Martin is a mixture of sand and pebbles which at low tide, extends into large areas of firm clean sand. There are also a number of small secluded bays within a short walk of the village centre - Wild Pear Beach, Sandy Cove and Newberry Beach are close by. An added attraction, especially for children, is the large number of rock pools. Footpaths head off in many directions from the village, and are popular with walkers who enjoy the spectacular and unspoilt coastal views and the rugged majesty of the cliffs and heathlands of Exmoor. There are many viewing points, with easy parking, for those preferring to explore this magnificent area by car.
The main village street is over two miles long, reputed to be the longest in the country, and features a wide selection of inns, cafes and shops. There is the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park on the outskirts, where life sized animated dinosaurs live in the woods!

We fell in love with the area of Combe Martin, North Devon during a short break in May six years ago. While driving round the village we saw Sea Breeze, the perfect holiday cottage that would become our home away from home.
We have furnished the holiday house in Combe Martin with a" home away from home" feel, not as rental property. Our visitors say this makes them feel more relaxed and comfortable during their stay.
Now we have many visitors that return again and again to our holiday home, visitors to our holiday home enjoy the high five star specification, superb views and convenient location to the beach, Combe Martin village, Woolacombe and Exmoor National Park.
At Combe Martin Cottages we don't believe in roughing it. Although there is nothing particularly romantic about dishwashers and tumble dryers and so on, we feel there is something decidedly unromantic about having to do without them.
In the kitchen, therefore, you'll find a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, mixers and blenders. You will find enough kitchen equipment to cook a serious dinner should you want to and cut glasses to drink from. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer; iron, ironing boards and vacuum cleaners and cleaning supplies in various cupboards.
To keep in you entertained, there is a wide screen 32 inch LCD television with Freeview, stereo system with CDs and video machines plus a video/DVD library for you to choose from. We have even put in two Ipod docking stations so you can bring your own entertainment with you.
The Master Bedroom also has a TV and DVD Player.You will find a hairdryer in your bedroom, hair straighteners, and if you want a shower, it's a proper power shower, not the miserable trickle more usual in England.
With three pubs within a five minute walk and a selection of restaurants within a five minute drive , if you fancy eating out there is something for everyone. From two fish & chip shops in Combe Martin to basic pub grub to an extravagant meal in Damon Hirst’s restaurant, The Quay.
