The private pool is accessed through the French doors from the lounge, enabling a watchful eye to be kept on the children as they play. It is also enclosed by a decorative balustrade wall .The Mediterranean garden is very beautiful, set with palm, lemon, olive, banana trees & many exotic flowers. 
The lounge area is very spacious with 2 long 3/4-sofa beds, TV, DVD, & CD.There is a well-equipped fitted kitchen suitable for 6 people. There are 3 dining areas, roof terrace, inside and another outside in the open-air mezzanine room leading onto the terrace surrounding the private pool.  
This holiday villa has two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed & the spacious second bedroom has two single beds & cot with both bedrooms opening onto a seaview balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. Both bedrooms have loads of storage space, twin wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing tables, bedside tables, bedding & towels. 
There is a large bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower and marbled topped vanity units on the second floor & another large shower room on the ground floor, also with marbled topped vanity units & housing the washing machine. 
 
This vacation holiday self catering Villa is very well equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, M'Wave,washing machine, kettle, toaster, & many cooking utensils. Extra items include pushchair, portable cot, bottle sterilising unit, bottle warmer, TV, DVD, CD player, sun beds & pool furniture & many other useful items including, pool toys, games, books & magazines, iron & ironing board, extra fan, hairdryer, sewing kit, medical kit, torches & candles.  
 
Further stairs lead up to the ceramic tiled roof terrace with Pergola & BBQ area, giving unimpeded views to the sea. This is a really special place to catch up with your suntan, & also an opportunity to experience the amazing view of Kalkan harbour. At night the roof terrace gives you all the romantic skylines you desire and is certainly the place to kiss the stars!
