At just a pace away is the stunning Bali style swimming pool, tennis courts & fitness centre, all of which are included in the rental price. The exotic Thai restaurant overlooking the swimming pool for our guests to use.

1. Chauffeur driven Executive Mini Bus ( Seats 9 people with seat belts) with DVD Player. ( The Executive Mini Bus and Chauffeur are for your exclusive use during your stay. The chauffer is available 7 days a week, 24 hrs a day. Also available for overnight trips around Thailand, excluding fuel.)  
 
2. Mountain bikes, fitness centre, tennis, swimming pool free access.  
 
3. Daily maid service, including private laundry & ironing.

We also provide you with a new executive Mini Bus, seats 9 people with seat belts and full time driver. The driver will meet you at the airport and be yours exclusively yours for the length of your stay, 24 hrs a day….  
We provide you with a mobile phone so that the driver can drop you off at a restaurant for dinner, he will park close by and you call him up when you want to be picked up.

*** The Bungalow is set is a non resort housing estate 10 mins from the airport, rural yet close to the city centre.  
You may also take the mini bus and driver for an extended trip to Chiang Rai, Mea Hong Son for an overnight stop over if you wish ….  
The only extra cost is Fuel which is pay as you go and for over night stop over, the driver’s living expense which is 8 UKP / night ….  
Additionally, our price includes the use of swimming pool, tennis court, and fitness centre in the housing complex Home-In-Park, just 3 mins walk swimming pool, tennis courts & fitness centre. The exotic Thai restaurant overlooking the pool.  
 
Situated around the Bali Style swimming pool is a beautiful restaurant serving Thai and International food, If you wish the restaurant will deliver to the Bungalow, alternatively if you wish to cook yourself, then the Bungalow has a full western kitchen….

The bungalow is set in green field suburbs of the beautiful city Chiang Mai. An exotic colourful region of jungle clad hills, mighty rivers, magnificent temples. Given this location the bungalow is perfectly situated for a visit to the local hill tribes,  
seeing elephants at work & riding them. Walk in Doi Suthep National Park with delightful waterfalls & picnic areas.  
Stop at the snake, orchid & butterfly farms. For the more energetic try bamboo rafting or trekking through the rain forest. 
Visit the local craftworks & see the unique products of gaily painted umbrellas, lacquer ware, silverware, Thai silk & teak wood-carving.  
For the golf enthusiast Chiang Mai has 5 golf clubs to choose from. When the sun goes down visit the colourful night market in  
Chiang Mai after which have a well earned rest in one of the many restaurants serving all varieties of food.  
The new Night Safari is also a must see with trams starting from early evening. Enjoy traditional hospitality at a Khantoke Dinner.
