This bright 385 Sq. Ft. one-bedroom apartment (sleeps 4) is a hidden gem in an upscale area of Paris. It's located near the Parc Monceau and close to the Boulevard Haussmann and Rue de la Bienfaisance. The neighborhood is typically Parisian, with a diverse collection of shops, nice restaurants, cafes, open air markets and supermarkets. Not far away is the well known Parc Monceau known for its unique iron gates and wonderful gardens. Further away is the famous Place de l'Etoile and the Avenue des Champs Elysees. This is a good location close to bus, metro, and grocery store on a grand Blvd at the edge of a real residential neighborhood. 
This apartment is reached only after going far back from the street and passing through a former horse stable courtyard and then going up to the third floor of a Haussmanian building with a security system and a concierge. Although completely renovated, the original space was the living quarters for the stable hands responsible for the horses kept down below. The entry is on the second floor but then there is one more flight of stairs inside the apartment to reach the main level on the third floor.  
 
The living room has two large windows facing west over an interior building space. There is a bright red double sofa bed, a matching red armchair. There is also a narrow cast iron and marble dinning table with matching chairs and a few decorative items and furniture such as lamps and pictures. It has refinished parquet wooden flooring, solid black out curtains, and salmon colored walls.  
 
The bedroom has a queen size bed, a closet with mirror doors and a window with solid black out curtains for privacy. The walls are white and blue and the floor is wooden parquet. The bedroom is separated from the living room with double glass window doors that also have black out curtains for privacy.
