Villa Immona is very spacious, featuring open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room area.The second lounge can be used as 4th bedroom, it is furnished with a double sofabed. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and the family bathroom. Steps lead to the first floor with the master bedroom, shower room and totally private roof terasse with beautiful views to the sea. The villa is set in its own private garden with further terrasses and a pool.

The Property
Villa Immona is situated in a Residential community in the hills behind Calonge. There is room for parking 2 cars on the driveway, and more free parking on the road outside the Villa.
A few steps lead up to a large terrace and the front door.
Once inside a very spacious entrance hall, you find double doors leading to the dining area and family lounge and the kitchen. From the kitchen, down a few steps, there is an inner hall with access to the barbeque area, terrace and pool. The second lounge with sofa bed is also on this level. There is also access to the rear garden from here.
If you turn left in the entrance hall there is a door to a huge utility room with washing machine, iron and board, etc.
Up a couple of steps you will find 2 twin bedded rooms and the family bathroom. From here you can take the stairs up to the master bedroom with sun roof terrace and it's own shower room with all facilities.
Due to its lay-out Villa Immona is perfectly suited for families with small children, extended families or 2 small families.
There are 4 different terraces, to take in the sun at any time of the day.
For added security the pool is fenced in and the garden is also toddler proof.
Villa Immona is in a very quiet situation, but with a car you can enjoy all the hustle and bustle of a seaside resort within minutes of the Villa.

Villa Immona is very suitable for families. There is extra security for toddlers, as the garden is totally fenced in and the pool has a security fence with gate, which can be locked. There are lawned areas in front and behind the Villa, big enough for small children to play on.

Area Information: Calonge is a typical catalan village, about 2.5kms from the nediterranean. Here you can find all the facilities like supermarkets, post office, banks, bars and restaurants. Another 2.5kms further brings you to the seaside resort of St. Antoni de Calonge, with a long seafront promenade with restaurants, bars beautiful sandy beaches. To the east of Calonge, 10 minutes by car along the coast, is Palamos, an old Spanish fishing port with attractive old town with pedestrian areas. 10 minutes by car to the west is the lively town of Platja d'Aro, with more shops and discos and restaurants. Daytrips to Gerona or Barcelona can also be recommended.
Activity Information: Villa Immona is ideal for family or group holidays. Swimming is readily available either in the private pool or on one of the many sandy beaches, or the rocky bays along the coast. There are several golf courses within easy driving distance and 2 horse riding centrs within a 30minute drive. The country side is ideal for walkers. If you wish to play tennis, there are facilities in the village. Many other specialist activities are available, but too numerous to list here.
How to get here: it is very easy to visit us here on the Costa Brava. It's possible to drive from any of the major ports in France, which will take about 17 hours. We do suggest to make the journey part of the holiday and stop overnight. Girona and Barcelona, international airports served by budget flights are 45mins/120mins by car. You will need a car to stay at the villa, since it is in a residential area, about 2.5kms from the village and 5kms from the sea.
