*** The villa is located on the far side of the Cukurbag Penensular only 7 Km from the bustling town of Kas. 
Kas was originally the Ancient Lycian port of Antiphellos and therefore has an established harbour which, although it caters for tourists, still retains it’s Turkish character. 
From the harbour, you can take a variety of boat trips, from a visit to the Greek island of Meis only 40 minutes away, to trips to Kekova with it’s sunken city or simply enjoy a lazy day out at sea stopping off at fabulous coves to snorkel and than enjoy some delicious Turkish salads and BBQ cooked on board. In Kas, as well as shops selling an exciting array of colourful Turkish carpets & rugs you will find shops selling “Designer Labels”, leather goods, shoes, jewellery, clothes, Iznik style Ceramics, spices, Turkish Delights and plenty more. Near the Square, with Kemal Atatürk’s statue, there are the Tea Gardens which are predominantly Turkish. Here, you will see people playing backgammon and cards whilst opposite there are the Café Gardens, consisting of a number of cafés and bars. All around this area there are many restaurants and shops. Kas has a variety of shops selling jewellery, clothes, leather, carpets, ceramics etc. At the top of the Lion road there are more cafés and restaurants … in fact, you will find these all over Kas! Kas is quiet during the day as most people are out sightseeing, swimming, relaxing etc. but as the evening draws in so Kas comes alive. From about 7.30 onwards the bars and cafes start to fill and by 9.00 everyone has emerged to enjoy the Kas night life – shopping, eating, drinking in the bars and listening to music.
