The holiday home is easily located in the village as it sits next to the church of Santa Rosario in the old district.The house has been renovated in the traditional style with exposed roof beams, a large open fireplace and stone tiled floors. 
To add to your Italian experience, the church bells ring occasionally during the day, often with memorable tunes, but they are quiet throughout the night. There is a sleepy feel to village life, and you will get a good nights sleep on our comfortable beds. 
The village has a well-stocked shop, post office, pharmacy and bar all within walking distance, and there is plenty of choice for dining in nearby restaurants and Agriturismos. 
 
Monterinaldo has a Roman archaeological site; opening times for visits are posted at the entrance or in the local bar. It is only 30 km from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast, and within easy reach of the historic city of Ascoli Piceno. The Sibilini Mountains and the beautiful surrounding national park area are a 40 minute drive.  
If you enjoy tennis the village has recently renovated the tennis court ( approx 200m from the house ) the court is free to use, racquets and balls are at the house.  
To reach the house you can arrive at Ancona or Pescara airport, both are only 110 km away via main roads or the A14 motorway. This journey takes approximately 90mins.Alternative airports are Rimini, ( approx 2hours) and Rome ( 3 hours ).
